Meet the Team

At our childcare centers, we prioritize the careful selection and thorough screening of our teachers. Each one undergoes reference checks and a comprehensive criminal reference check, including a vulnerable sector assessment. We ensure that all teachers are trained in First Aid and CPR, specifically for infants and children.

In every classroom, we maintain the required number of registered Early Childhood Educators (ECEs). Our teachers possess formal training in early childhood education or equivalent training and experience. We emphasize the importance of ongoing professional development, with mandatory attendance at workshops and monthly learning and reflection meetings.

Our commitment to maintaining quality extends through our policies and continuous professional development. Every teacher in our team is not only capable but also deeply passionate about nurturing children, fostering their love for learning, and providing excellent education.
